1.Q: Can I get some sample vehicles for free?
A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check. But You need to pay for samples fee and shipping freight.
2.Q: Do you have vehicles in stock?
A: Usually, all our vehicles are to be produced according to client's order requirement.
But sometimes, we have some units in stock which are produced specially for market promotion or clients cancel the order due to some reasons, then we will have inventory for sale.
3.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We always insist the importance on quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's delivered for shipment.
4.Q: What's your warranty terms for the vehicles?

8.Q: What kind of payment methods can we use?
A: We accept payments via bank wire transfer, by T/T, with 30% deposit before production, full balance before delivery.
Also we accept 100% irrevocable LC at sight, but the issuing bank that we could accept must be the 1st class bank and term of delivery should be CNF.
9. Q: What currencies do you accept?
A: primarily, we deal in U.S dollars. RMB and Euro also acceptable.
10.Q: What's the delivery time?
A: It usually takes about 45 working days to produce an order from MOQ to certain quantity. But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at different time.
11.Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, Different models can be mixed in one container, But the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.
12. Q: How long will it take for the shipping vessel to reach my port?
A: It depends on the shipping company's shipping line. For direct shipping line to South America for example, normally it takes about 30 to 45 days; for transshipment, it takes about 50 to 65 days. After shipment, we will provide the shipping schedule for your checking.
13. Q: Can you ship auto parts inside the vehicle?
A: Yes. Normally we will suggest clients ordering some parts to ship together with vehicles for future maintenance. Shipping spare parts together with vehicles together inside container, it could help to save cost rather than only ship spare parts.
14. Q: What are the rules or regulations for importing a vehicle?
A: Before importing vehicles to your country by your side, please visit your country's government authorities to get familiar with the requirement for the homologation and documentation. It is strongly suggested that prior to importing a vehicle, you research what is expected of you as a vehicle importer in your country and understand all risks and responsibilities. For some countries, it may require the EEC certification or GCC certification, and for our vehicles, some may have the required certification and some not available.
15. Q: Does the FOB price you quote include additional costs like freight charge, custom tax, etc.?
A. No, these fees are not included in our FOB price. The term "FOB Price,", refers to the vehicle's price only delivery to loading port. Freight charge should be added to the FOB price when you purchase the vehicle from us. After receiving the vehicle, you will be responsible for paying port clearing costs, import duties, taxes, and any additional fees required by your country or the port of discharge. Please contact local authorities or a reputable clearing agent for further details.
16. Q: Where can I get the actual arrival date of the shipping vessel?
A. There are two ways for getting the actual arrival date: The shipping agent will contact the Notify Party provided on the B/L about the shipment's arrival or you may contact the shipping agent on your end about one week prior to the shipping vessel's ETA.
